The Election Commission of Pakistan Tuesday accepted unconditional apology of State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali, over alleged violations of elections code of conduct in Local Bodies polls in Faisalabad. In earlier hearing, Abid Sher Ali had submitted a written reply through his counsel, to Chief Election Commissioner former Justice Sardar Raza Khan, stating that he did not violate code of conduct; however he would like to tender unconditional apology.
